AsiaInfo Security Technologies Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 688225.SH; for short and hereinafter referred to as "AsiaInfo Security") and AsiaInfo Technologies Limited (Stock Code: 01675.HK; for short and hereinafter referred to as "AsiaInfo Technologies") have been listed on A-share Sci-Tech Innovation Board and HKEx respectively. AsiaInfo Security completed the equity acquisition for AsiaInfo Technologies in November 2024, becoming the controlling shareholder of AsiaInfo Technologies.

Recently, we have received inquiries about "whether Yaxin Shuneng (Shanghai) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (亚信数能（上海）数字科技有限公司), Beijing Yaxin Data Co., Ltd.(北京亚信数据有限公司) and their subsidies or affiliates fall within the organizational structure of AsiaInfo Technologies and AsiaInfo Security". AsiaInfo Security and AsiaInfo Technologies do hereby declare that:

Yaxin Shuneng (Shanghai) Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (亚信数能（上海）数字科技有限公司), Beijing Yaxin Data Co., Ltd.(北京亚信数据有限公司) and their subsidies or affiliates are not falling within the organizational structure of AsiaInfo Security and AsiaInfo Technologies. And also, both AsiaInfo Security and AsiaInfo Technologies have no equity investment relationship with the above-mentioned ones.

It should be specifically noted that AsiaInfo Security and AsiaInfo Technologies have no commercial cooperation or business dealings with Yaxin Shuneng (Shanghai) Digital Technology Co., Ltd.(亚信数能（上海）数字科技有限公司), without authorizing or permitting it to use "AsiaInfo(亚信)", trademark graphics and other signs. Yaxin Shuneng (Shanghai) Digital Technology Co., Ltd.(亚信数能（上海）数字科技有限公司) is suspected of engaging in trademark infringement and/or unfair competition through unauthorized use of "AsiaInfo(亚信)", trademark graphics and other signs. AsiaInfo Security and AsiaInfo Technologies have formally notified it via written correspondence, phone call and email to cease such trademark infringement and/or unfair competition, and we reserve all rights to pursue further legal actions in accordance with applicable laws.

Beijing AsiaInfo Data Co., Ltd.(北京亚信数据有限公司) and its subsidies or affiliates have also engaged in unauthorized use of our commercial identifications. The relevant trademark owners for AsiaInfo Security and AsiaInfo Technologies have formally notified it via written correspondence to remove the trademark and cease its use.

Attached is the list of domestic business entities that fall within the organizational structure of AsiaInfo Security and AsiaInfo Technologies, and are authorized to use "AsiaInfo(亚信)" trademark, trade name and text.
