On the evening of November 10, AsiaInfo announced the successful completion of a significant change in its shareholding structure. A-share listed company AsiaInfo Security completed a major strategic equity acquisition of AsiaInfo, becoming its largest shareholder. The two parties will fully integrate their development strategies, advantageous capabilities, and resources, forming a unique and powerful combination in the industry that “understands networks, clouds, and security,” jointly embracing new opportunities and developments in the digital intelligence era.

The 26th China International Software Expo, themed “Software Empowering Industrial Transformation, Intelligence Driving Integration of Digital and Real Economies,” was recently held in Tianjin with grandeur. Leaders of the ministries and provincial and municipal governments such as Wang Xudong, former Minister of the Ministry of Information Industry, and Tianjin Deputy Mayors Liu Guiping and Fan Shaojun, as well as Zhao Zhiguo, Chief Engineer of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), attended the conference. During the conference, the China Federation of Electronics and Information Industry released the lists of China's “Top 100 Software Enterprises” and “Excellent Enterprises in Software and IT Services” for 2024.
