The 2024 Enterprise Digital Transformation Conference was held in Beijing, hosted by the Zhongguancun Digital Economic Industry Alliance and co-organized by the China Unicom Government & Enterprise Customers Business Group, Unicom Digital Technology, and Beijing Unicom. Ma Peihua, Honorary Chairman of the Zhongguancun Digital Economic Industry Alliance, Vice Chairman of the 12th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and Jian Qin, General Manager of China Unicom, attended the conference and delivered speeches. Wang Qinglin, Vice President of AsiaInfo, was invited to participate in the conference and, together with senior vice presidents Dantai Xinpu and Wei Chuncheng of Unicom Digital Technology, and Feng Lanxiao, Deputy General Manager of Beijing Unicom, signed an agreement on ecological cooperation for digital transformation.

In his speech, Jian Qin noted that the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China made significant arrangements to support enterprises using digital and green technologies to upgrade traditional industries and accelerate the advancement of new industrialization. China Unicom has actively engaged in digital transformation practices, forming a systematic capability encompassing methodologies, products, and solutions. It supports the digital transformation of various industries from three aspects: consolidating the digital infrastructure, building digital engines, and providing reliable services.
Wang Qinglin stated that AsiaInfo is a strategic partner of China Unicom, having collaborated for over two decades, from 2G to 5G and from the construction of backbone networks and communication business support systems to digital transformation empowering hundreds of industries. Currently, AsiaInfo is fully involved in China Unicom's “Leveraging Digital Intelligence Enhancing Enterprises” initiative, assisting China Unicom in focusing on strategic emerging industries and transitioning from a communication service enterprise to a technology service enterprise. AsiaInfo will take this signing as an opportunity to deepen cooperation with industry partners such as China Unicom, accelerate the development of new productivity, and promote the deep integration of the digital economy with the real economy.
