At the 2024 China Unicom Partner Conference, China Unicom brought together its eco-partners to host an AI Innovation and Development Forum. Dr. Ouyang Ye, CTO and senior vice president of AsiaInfo, and IEEE Fellow, was invited to attend the conference and jointly announced the official establishment of the “AI Big Model Ecological-Integration Innovation Consortium” alongside Zhu Changbo, CEO of China Unicom Digital Technology Co., Ltd.

Currently, AI technology is driving significant changes in the economy and society, with hundreds of industries recognizing it as a standard component of future productivity. As a “pioneer in digital technology integration and innovation,” China Unicom is proactively implementing the national “AI+” specific project, driving technological innovation and application of artificial intelligence and integrating it into all aspects of enterprise development and customers' services.

AsiaInfo, a key partner in China Unicom's “digital intelligence” ecosystem, with its strong grounding in real-world scenarios of vertical industries and focused on “platforms, models, and tools,” has developed an AI product system that includes TAC MaaS, a general AI and cognitive enhancement platform, multiple industry big models, and cognitive enhancement tools.
