Leaders and Experts in China Mobile's Government and Enterprise Businesses “Walked into AsiaInfo” for Inspection and Exchange

From July 17 to 18, the delegation, comprising heads and experts from the China Mobile's Government & Enterprise Business Department, some provincial companies and relevant professional subsidiaries, made a memorable trip to AsiaInfo for an inspection and exchange. The delegation, led by Yang Lin, Deputy General Manager of the Government & Enterprise Business Department of China Mobile, was hosted by Dr. Tian Suning, Co-founder and Chairman of AsiaInfo. At the same time, Liang Bin and Chen Wu, Senior Vice Presidents of AsiaInfo, Liu Chengkun, Vice President of AsiaInfo, Li Yunchuan, Vice President of AsiaInfo, and CEO of iDigital, among others, participated in the discussions. 1.jpg

At the AsiaInfo Innovation Exhibition Center, the delegation gained a deep understanding of AsiaInfo's development journey, cutting-edge technological innovations in 5G, AI, big data, and computing force network, as well as business practices in fields such as communications, government affairs, energy sources, transportation, healthcare, and digital operations. They experienced firsthand the charm of digital intelligence enterprise that integrates knowledge and practice.

Dr. Tian Suning welcomed the delegation and expressed sincere gratitude to China Mobile for its trust and support over the past 25 years. “Our cooperation began in 1999, and we have worked together from 2G to 5G, from the construction on business support system to the era of great Internet development.” He believes that AI is now bringing humanity to the crossroads of the fourth industrial revolution, and a brand new “paradigm revolution” is about to unfold, presenting opportunities for paradigm reconstruction. “Facing the current uncertain international environment, we must strive to improve internally and keep on refining, seize the opportunity of digital transformation in traditional industries, and build a strong organizational structure during the 'winter' to live up to this exciting era!”

Yang Lin showed his admiration towards Dr. Tian Suning's contributions to China's industries such as Internet as well as information and communication technology, and thanked AsiaInfo for carefully preparing this exchange. He noted that over two decades of in-depth and comprehensive business cooperation has strengthened the friendship between China Mobile and AsiaInfo, with each successful launch and stable operation of large-scale projects serving as the best testament to their capabilities. He hoped that both sides would grasp this exchange as an opportunity to promote innovation in government and enterprise businesses comprehensively, widely empower vertical industries, and jointly build a world-class “Power House” based on cutting-edge digital intelligence technologies and comprehensive solutions in line with China Mobile's “One, Two, Two, Five” strategy.

In the keynote speech on “iDigital's 'Full-Stack Digital Intelligence Operation' Boosting Business Growth,” Li Yunchuan stated that iDigital possesses full-stack service capabilities in consulting and planning, research and decision-making, and digital intelligence operation, and can effectively assist government and enterprise customers in achieving high-quality growth. 5.jpg

During the exchange meeting hosted by Liu Chengkun, he expressed that AsiaInfo is willing to continue deepening cooperation with China Mobile around “empowering vertical industries” in areas such as joint product research, solution development, and project construction to create more possibilities. 6.jpg

Furthermore, experts from AsiaInfo's Product R&D Center and those in communications, government affairs, energy sources, transportation, healthcare, smart cities, and other fields shared ideas on related product systems, industry insights, solutions, and case studies with the delegation. At the meeting, participants actively exchanged ideas on application scenarios, industry empowerment, and customer value, fostering connections and achieving notable results.

 

This event marks the first phase of exchanges on the digital intelligence transformation between the two parties, with follow-up events planned to explore development directions in the digital intelligence era and consolidate cooperation achievements.
