Liu Siying, Head of Business of the Government and Enterprise Digital Transformation Department at the Cloud Computing and Dig Data Research Institute of CAICT, delivered a keynote speech titled “Annual Review and Prospect of the EP-Link Intelligent Process Advancement Program.” Over the past year, EP-Link has carried out standard development work focusing on enterprise process management, process governance, process mining, process automation-related tool platforms, and transformation effectiveness, and has taken the lead on the writing and publication of the “Process Mining Industry Development Report (2023).” A batch of outstanding benchmark cases were selected in the 2023 “Dingxin Cup” process competition. In the next step, EP-Link will further deepen its research in areas such as processes and data, processes and AI, process big models, and agents.

Shi Yang, Director of the Process Governance Office of the Digitizer Department of China Unicom, presented a keynote speech titled “China Unicom’s Sharing on Process Mining Application Experience.” Based on its framework of process mining application capabilities and effectiveness maturity, China Unicom has achieved full coverage of capabilities in five areas: operational assurance, process modeling, scenario analysis, comprehensive application effectiveness, operation and maintenance, and security. In the future, China Unicom’s Process Governance 3.0 system will further strengthen process intelligence based on asset intelligence, continuously utilize intelligent technologies such as AI and big models, and constantly expand knowledge-based applications of process data.

Meng Fanzhi, Deputy Manager of the Management Application Operation Department of the Information Technology Company of CHN ENERGY Investment Group, delivered a keynote speech titled “Process Management Empowering Business Transformation.” Meng Fanzhi introduced the importance, understanding, history, and goals of process management work at the Information Technology Company of CHN ENERGY Investment Group. He shared CHN ENERGY’s application practices in such as building a standardized process management system, conducting in-depth process governance, establishing a business process management platform, and conducting process mining. He also stated the company’s future plans for process management from three perspectives: transparency, capitalization, and intelligence.

Li Yifan, the Head of Architecture and Process of FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd., delivered a speech titled “FAW-Volkswagen’s Sharing on Process Management Practices,” introducing in detail the overall framework of FAW-Volkswagen’s process management system. FAW-Volkswagen supports continuous business improvement by figuring out the company’s business processes and establishing mechanisms to conduct management. Thus, through digital process operation management, it ultimately achieves business efficiency improvement and value addition. In the next phase, it will leverage tools such as process compliance, process mining, and metric operation to identify process potential and create true processes’ value.

Liu Peng, the CBG Vice President of Products and General Manager of Business Division of Beijing Ultrapower Software Co., Ltd., presented a topic sharing titled “‘AI + Process’ Digital Intelligence Scenario Practices.” He introduced Ultrapower’s “1 + N + X” AI big model system and practical application scenarios enabled by AI big models, such as knowledge generation, knowledge Q&A, data auditing, decision support, process mining, and video analysis. In addition, he summarized the new opportunities brought by AI technology development to process intelligence.

He Chuan, the Director of Super Automation Products of AsiaInfo Technologies (China), Inc., presented a topic sharing titled “Process Intelligence in the AGI Era.” He analyzed the application scenarios where AGI enables solving complex problems and how intelligent agents promote the evolution of processes toward intelligence.
