The 7th Digital China Summit, a joint initiative of the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Data Administration, the Cyberspace Administration of China, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and the Fujian Provincial Government, was recently held in Fuzhou. Ding Xuexiang, Standing Committee member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Vice Premier of the State Council, delivered a keynote speech at the opening ceremony. The summit, themed “Unlocking the Value of Data Elements and Developing New Productivity”, is a comprehensive event integrating forum meetings, exhibitions, and innovation competitions. A number of executives from AsiaInfo were invited to attend the opening ceremony and various activities.

Jointly Build a “Digital China”
On May 24th, Chen Wu, Senior President of AsiaInfo, was invited to attend the AI Ecosystem Conference hosted by China Mobile. At the conference, Chen Wu, together with Gao Tongqing, Deputy General Manager of China Mobile, and ecological partner representatives including Huawei, ZTE, and others, jointly announced the launch of the “Big Model Training Base, Industry Innovation Base, and Evaluation Base” upon the invitation of China Mobile.

In the current AI trend, big models have attracted significant interest. In addition, AsiaInfo has recently released a series of industry big models and cognitive enhancement tool products, with a focus on providing tailored model products and services for industries such as communications, government affairs, energy sources, transportation.
Guided by China Mobile, AsiaInfo will collaborate with its partners to contribute to the construction of the “Three Bases”, assist China Mobile in providing large-scale, ultra-stable, and ultra-efficient big model training services for the entire society, support the comprehensive, objective, and open construction of the “Yi Heng” big model evaluation system, and accelerate the diversification of AI applications.
On the same day, Wang Zhuyong, Vice President of AsiaInfo, attended the State Cloud 2024 Ecology Conference hosted by China Telecom, and engaged in discussions on cross-industry cooperation with industry customers, partners, and relevant leaders from China Telecom.
Only by Working Hard with AI Can We Win, and by Cooperating Can We Achieve Win-Win Outcomes
On the 25th, China Mobile hosted the AI+ Industry Sub-forum of the AI Ecosystem Conference, with Sun Yingxin, Deputy General Manager of China Mobile, in attendance and delivering a speech. Liu Chengkun, Vice President of AsiaInfo, was invited to attend and deliver a keynote speech titled “AI Native: Injecting New Vitality into Industry Productivity Enhancement in the Digital Intelligence Era”.
Liu Chengkun introduced that AsiaInfo has held its long-term approach of growing together with customers, continuously refined digital intelligence products, and constantly enhanced insights and understanding on vertical industries, forming an increasingly comprehensive “product + service” system. In the AI era, AsiaInfo is collaborating with China Mobile to continuously strengthen data mining, application, and operational capabilities for vertical industries by leveraging the power of AI and big models to accelerate the empowerment of hundreds of industries.

At the conference, China Mobile, in collaboration with partners such as AsiaInfo, officially established the “AI+ Ecological Alliance”. The contracting parties will be used to jointly build an AI collaborative ecosystem, uphold the concepts of openness, cooperation, and win-win outcomes, accelerate the promotion of “AI+” special empowerment initiatives, and inject unending AI momentum into the construction of “Digital China.” Upon the invitation of China Mobile, Liu Chengkun, accompanied by Yu Wei, Deputy General Manager of China Mobile's Government&Enterprise Business Department, Guo Qiujun, Deputy General Manager of China Mobile Investment Company, and representatives of partners such as Huawei, ZTE, H3C, and iFLYTEK, attended the Alliance's unveiling ceremony.

On the same day, Liu Chengkun was invited to attend the “AI and Data Infrastructure” theme forum of the China Mobile AI Ecosystem Conference, and signed the “Joint Action Plan for Big Model Industry Partners” together with Tao Tao, Deputy General Manager of China Mobile's IT Company as well as representatives of partners such as Huawei and ZTE.

Data Elements Industry Alliance Integrates the Power of the Ecosystem to Stimulate the Value of Data
On the 25th, Wang Zhuyong was invited to attend the Data Elements Forum hosted by China Telecom. At the forum, China Telecom, in collaboration with partners such as AsiaInfo, established the China Telecom Data Elements Industry Alliance (CTDIA2024). The Alliance aims to reinforce the comprehensive collaboration among China Telecom and its ecosystem partners, jointly release the value of data elements, and contribute to the continuous advancement and practical application of the “Digital China” construction. China Telecom extended an invitation to Wang Zhuyong to participate in the launching ceremony together with Luan Xiaowei, Deputy General Manager of China Telecom, as well as representatives of partners.

Subsequently, China Telecom held a signing ceremony with 24 strategic partners in the data elements industry. On behalf of AsiaInfo, Wang Zhuyong signed the “Data Product Ecosystem Partnership Agreement” with China Telecom. Going forward, both parties will collaborate on a range of initiatives based on data products, leverage data products to support China Telecom's efforts to cultivate new productivity, and work together to drive the market-oriented development of data elements.

Additionally, Wang Zhuyong was also invited to participate in the Round Table Forum of the China Telecom Kunlun Ecological Alliance, where he shared AsiaInfo's case practices in 5G private network operation over recent years. He stated that AsiaInfo has developed a comprehensive 5G private network product and solution system, which has been widely implemented in various fields, such as communications, energy sources, and mining, providing strong support for customers from vertical industries to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Meanwhile, AsiaInfo has conducted extensive collaboration with various provincial companies of China Telecom, leveraging the Kunlun platform of China Telecom to integrate pre-sales, while-sales, and after-sales processes, providing end-to-end operational services for “multiple customers and businesses”. In the future, both sides will jointly carry out the empowerment on hundreds of industries based on big data and AI capabilities, writing a brilliant chapter in the construction of “Digital China”.

During the summit, Chen Wu and Wang Zhuyong were also invited to attend the Data Resource and Digital Security Forum hosted by the National Data Administration and Zhongguancun Laboratory.
