On January 5th, the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology made an Announcement on the Proposed List of Demonstrative Enterprises (First Batch) for the “Starry Sky” Program in Chongqing's Software and Information Service Industry. Among the elite few to secure a spot on the list was none other than Chongqing Shuzhiluoji Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as “Shuzhiluoji Technology”), a subsidiary of AsiaInfo. Shuzhiluoji Technology's impressive technical prowess, product portfolio and influence across multiple sectors played a pivotal role in its selection.

Aligned with China’s 14th Five-Year Plan, the Chongqing Software and Information Service Industry "Starry Sky” Action Plan (2022-2025) strives to facilitate the transformation and upgrading of industries in Chongqing's central urban area. By creating an environment that nurtures innovation and entrepreneurial spirit, the plan seeks to expedite the holistic growth of the central urban area while fostering a thriving ecosystem of software and information service enterprises symbolized by  "Starry Sky”. This would eventually contribute to Chongqing's rise as an industrial powerhouse. Being included in that list and meeting the requisite standards entitles companies to receive future policy support and valuable resources from the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government.
