On August 31st, the 25th China International Software Expo kicked off in Tianjin, focusing on “Shaping New Software Ecology and Empowering New Changes in Development”. Wang Xudong, former Minister of Ministry of Information Industry, Wang Jiangping, Party member and Vice Minister of Ministry of Industry and Information, Zhang Gong, mayor of Tianjin and deputy secretary of the Tianjin Municipal CPC Committee, Chen Zhaoxiong, president of China Federation of Electronics and Information Industry, attended the opening ceremony, and Qian Feng, academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, delivered a keynote speech.

During the conference, China Federation of Electronics and Information Industry officially released the List of Top 100 Enterprises with Competitiveness of Software and Information Technology Services in 2023 and the Promotion Catalogue of Excellent Innovative Software Products in 2022-2023.
