On April 26th, the 2023 Alibaba Cloud Partner Summit was held in Nanjing, and Fu Wei, Vice President of AsiaInfo, was invited to attend the conference and released the “Tongyi Qianwen Partner Plan” together with Zhang Yong, Chairman and CEO of Alibaba Group and CEO of Alibaba Cloud Intelligence that AsiaInfo became one of the first batch partners of the plan.

In Qianwen Partner Plan, AsiaInfo's AI technology and product system will be integrated with Alibaba Cloud's computing power resources and Qianwen big model achievements, empowering intelligent network, intelligent operation and maintenance, intelligent billing, intelligent customer service, robot process automation, intelligent development, digital twins, business intelligence and other digital intelligence scenarios, helping to improve the intelligence service level of both parties, and improving speed and efficiency of industry digital intelligence transformation.

Fu Wei, vice president of AsiaInfo, said that in 2016, AsiaInfo and Alibaba Cloud reached a strategic cooperation. The two sides carried out a series of in-depth cooperation in government affairs, transportation, retail and other industries, and jointly created several benchmark cases such as smart city, smart government affairs, unified management by single network, and IT middle-office, providing a fine example for the digital transformation of traditional industries. Joining hands with Alibaba Cloud and joining the “Qianwen Partner Plan” this time will help give further play to both parties' technologies, product capabilities, and vertical industry accumulation. With the acceleration of the joint construction for industry big models by both parties, the prospects for AIGC empowering vertical industries will become clearer and defined. 

Zhou Jingren, CTO of Alibaba Cloud, stated that ecological partners from all walks of life can combine their own industry data and scenario requirements to retrain and refine the Qianwen big model to create their own industry-specific big models integrated into related industry solutions. He believed that AsiaInfo joined the “Tongyi Qianwen Partner Plan” will greatly accelerate the R&D and implementation of big models in the communication industry.
