Recently, the CIE Promotional and Awards Conference of Science and Technology issued the list of projects winning the 2021-2022 CIE Science and Technology Award, and AsiaInfo's "mobile big data public service platform and its application" won the "third prize for science and technology progress".

Established by Chinese Institute of Electronics, a public institution directly affiliated to the Ministry of Industry and Information, CIE Science and Technology Award was approved by NOSTA, aims to reward outstanding talents and researchers with outstanding scientific and technological achievements, encourages invention and innovation, and stimulates innovation spirit. It is one of the most authoritative and influential awards in the field of electronic information technology in China. The selection criteria for this award are strict with multiple rounds of evaluation, including preliminary and final reviews. 

"Mobile big data public service platform and its application" was designed by iResearch, a subsidiary of AsiaInfo. This project is the first to create a data asset management system covering the full life circle of big data, including acquisition, processing, use, evaluation and optimization, etc., and take the lead to launch an integrated and full-process data asset management platform in the industry. Such products have been applied and promoted in most provincial companies of a communication operator, leading the technological innovation of data center and helping advance the big data processing and application technology in the industry. 

The mobile big data public service platform is an innovation formed on the basis of big data and AI technologies, products and solutions of AsiaInfo. It has been deployed in many national ministries and commissions, as well as in Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Hebei, Chongqing, Guizhou, Gansu, Tibet and other provinces and cities, and has created great economic and social benefits. Based on such platform, multiple intelligent emergency comprehensive management platforms such as meteorological, traffic, and hazards emergency platforms have been built to provide accurate, timely, visual, and refined early warning and emergency services for relevant departments, which has enhanced the emergency capabilities of relevant units, ensured the safety of public life and property, and gained high recognition from all walks of life.
