On April 18, the Second China International Software Development Conference hosted by the China Software Industry Association was held at the China National Conference Center in Beijing. Wang Jiangping, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, attended the conference and delivered a speech. Leaders of relevant ministries and local governments, academicians of CAS and CAE, leaders of various industries, and representatives of leading enterprises gathered together to discuss the development of the software industry in the future. A series of awards have been presented at the conference. AsiaInfo was awarded as the “Leading Enterprise in Application Fields”. Gao Nianshu, CEO and Executive Director of AsiaInfo, was awarded as one of the “Top 10 Industry Leaders”. Products of “computing power endogenous network” and the project of “nuclear power energy 5G private network” has respectively awarded as the “Breakthrough Technological Achievement” and the “Typical Demonstration Case”.

With “breaking through core technologies and empowering the real economy” as its core, this conference focused on the development of software root technologies and open-source software, comprehensively showcasing the critical backstop supported from the software industry in promoting the deep integration between the digital economy and the real economy.
