Recently, the Digital Transformation World Asia Summit hosted by the authoritative international organization TM Forum (Telecom Management Forum, abbreviated as TMF) in the information and communication industry was held in Bangkok, Thailand. At the TM Forum DTWA 2023 catalyst project award ceremony held during the summit, the “Metaverse Business Hall” and “Metaverse Intelligent Operation and Maintenance” jointly created by AsiaInfo, China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, China Academy of Telecommunication Research, China Mobile Group Zhejiang Co., Ltd., China Unicom Software, etc. stood out from many projects and won the “Best Innovation and Future Technology Award”.

Immersive Metaverse Business Hall      

Helping Communication Service Providers Expand Business 

The “Metaverse Business Hall” is built based on the “Beyond Vision” 3D visualization products of AsiaInfo, to solve the problems such as high decoration costs, poor customer experience, and insufficient flat efficiency ratio of traditional business hall. The product integrates 3D, AR, VR, MR, virtual digital human and other technologies, to provide consumers with efficient and interactive digital business hall services in the way of “360° immersive scene experience” and “virtual digital human guidance”, allowing users to immerse themselves and efficiently handle various communication services without leaving their homes. In the metaverse business hall, users can use virtual avatars to roam and communicate with other online users by voice and text through audio and video interaction technology.
