The Province-level operator has IoT card devices which require credential based authentication by means of digital ID granted by its group-level system. Customer requests to build a cross-collaboration based credential interaction system, in order to shorten time-to-market of extending more endpoints connected to IoT, campaign IoT value-added services and charging service.
