From November 20 to 22, the 2024 Expressway Ministers (Operation & Management) Round Table Conference and the First Seminar on Expressway Operation Equipment and Technology Innovation Applications, hosted by the China Association of Communication Enterprise Management (CACEM) and Jiangsu Communications Holding Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu Communications Holding), was held in Nanjing. Relevant leaders from 19 communications investment groups (expressway groups), including Jiangsu Communications Holding, Heilongjiang Transportation Investment Group, Shaanxi Transportation Holding, Jiangxi Transportation Investment Group, and Hunan Expressway Group, as well as hundreds of industry experts and corporate representatives, attended the event. AsiaInfo was invited to participate as a key participant in China's digital expressway construction, and its “Intelligent Application of Expressway Customer Service Based on Large Language Models (LLM)” won the “New Quality Case” award for 2024 Expressway Operation Equipment and Technology Innovation.
With the theme of “Equipment Empowers Development, Innovation Leads the Future,” the conference focused on expressway operation management, providing a platform for exchanging and displaying operation equipment and technological innovation achievements. It aimed to discuss the innovative application of operation equipment and explore new paths for the industry's high-quality development.

Regarding “Networked Tolling,” AsiaInfo assisted a province in building a centralized monitoring cloud platform for special situations in toll collection, integrating audio, video, and traffic data from toll boxes and vehicle lanes for special situations handling at exit lanes, significantly improving traffic efficiency.
In “Customer Service,” AsiaInfo has built high-speed customer service platforms for five provinces. It has achieved integrated multi-channel support for customer travel services through data integration and scenario orchestration. AsiaInfo's large language model products have further enhanced the self-service, anthropomorphic capabilities, and service efficiency of high-speed customer service.
Regarding “Basic Platforms,” AsiaInfo's self-developed distributed RDBMS, AntDB, and other products efficiently and stably support toll settlement and other business operations at the provincial expressway networked settlement centers.
