The “Data Element X” competition is the first national competition in China that focuses on the development and application of data elements. It aims to select a batch of innovative solutions for the development and utilization of data elements that demonstrate significant application results, vital innovation, and great leading effects and to uncover a batch of innovative enterprises with development potential, allowing more data to “move, be used, and come alive.”
Liu Liehong pointed out that the “Data Element X” competition is an essential means to promote the reform of the marketization allocation of data elements. It plays a positive role in “setting benchmarks, improving quality, and advancing development,” transmitting the multiplier effect of data elements to various industries and fields, and reflecting the new look, development, and prospect of data development and utilization.
Data of “Jingtong Health Big Data Platform” mainly originates from Beijing's unified appointment registration platform. The platform achieves full life cycle management of medical data streams through advanced technologies such as high-performance computing and storage, data-based governance and standardization, data analysis and mining, intelligent diagnosis, and auxiliary decision-making. In addition, the platform provides secure and inclusive data-sharing services by effectively applying data elements. It generates various data products, which greatly enriches the healthcare industry's application scenarios and provide a set of practically tested frameworks and methodologies for industry research.

Anhui Province's “Innovative Computility Weaving Network to Support New Data Driving Force” solution relies on AsiaInfo's self-developed computing power network suite products to provide flexible, elastic, and nearby computing services and multi-mode network connectivity capabilities for data elements trading and processing within the province, empowering various infrastructure resource requirements for data elements trading across hundreds of industries.
The “Dynamic Population Monitoring in Yunnan Province” solution relies on AsiaInfo's big data, AI, and other products to integrate data from multiple parties, such as Yunnan Mobile, to provide precise and real-time population data support for relevant departments in social governance, urban planning, public services, etc.
Furthermore, the conference also launched the “Initiative for Joint Construction of the Data Ecosystem.” AsiaInfo, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, the Zhejiang Big Data Multi-party Computing Center, China Electronics Technology Group Corporation's Electronics Research Institute, Yunnan Baiyao, Inspur Cloud, and Tongcheng Travel, etc., are initiating units that will jointly build the data ecosystem and promote the transformation and application of data technology achievements.
