Feng Fei gained a detailed understanding of AsiaInfo's 31-year development journey and its current status in digital intelligence products and services. He praised AsiaInfo for its commitment to independent innovation, empowering hundreds of industries with digital intelligence technology, and the achievements made by Hainan AsiaInfo since its establishment three years ago. Secretary Feng expressed his hope that AsiaInfo would seize development opportunities, base itself in Hainan, radiate nationwide, and face the world, accelerating the research, development, and transformation of scientific and technological achievements through innovative application scenarios as well as the development of new productivity in the digital economy.

Chen Wu stated that AsiaInfo had regarded Hainan as a priority direction for business expansion and service support. Recently, AsiaInfo signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hainan Free Trade Port, and both parties will thoroughly implement the “Overall Plan for Hainan Free Trade Port Construction” and carry out comprehensive and in-depth cooperation. AsiaInfo will establish an international business centre in Hainan. Based on its excellent digital products, service capabilities, and extensive international and domestic business experience, leveraging Hainan Free Trade Port's internationalization, cross-border economic characteristics, location advantages, and its status as a pilot for opening up value-added telecommunications business, AsiaInfo will focus on three core positions: “R&D innovation of data elements and X capabilities, a demonstration benchmark for the digital economy, and a bridgehead for international technology exports.” It will work with the Hainan government to jointly promote the international and domestic business of the Free Trade Port to a higher level. Meanwhile, AsiaInfo is accelerating its layout in both the “domestic and international” markets, hoping to deeply establish itself in Haikou and integrate into Hainan, leveraging Hainan's location and policy advantages to promote its hardware and software products and related services to international markets such as Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

Various policies and measures were stable and predictable, providing a broad space for developing the private economy. Secretary Feng emphasized the requirements to increase support to enable private enterprises to firm up their development confidence and fully leverage the role of the private economy as a mainstay in the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
