Recently, Gartner, the internationally authoritative ICT consulting and research organization, has released its first-ever global “Magic Quadrant for AI in CSP Customer and Business” in the field of communication AI. AsiaInfo has been selected into the global “Leaders” quadrant based on its outstanding technological performance, excellent product system, and service capabilities in the field of communication AI, and ranked first in all three sub-scenarios. AsiaInfo’s leadership, product capabilities, technological capabilities, and service capabilities in the field of communications AI have been highly recognized by the industry.

The “Magic Quadrant” is an intuitive and authoritative presentation given by Gartner after in-depth analysis of a specific market situation, which is beneficial for all parties in the market to gain a better understanding of the capabilities of different vendors and their products/services and can provide a valuable reference for global customers seeking to identify suitable products and services.
Based on two dimensions: completeness of vision (x-axis) and ability to execute (y-axis), Gartner divides the Magic Quadrant into four segments: The Magic Quadrant divides vendors into four segments: Leaders, Challengers, Visionaries, and Niche Players. Gartner has conducted a comprehensive assessment of vendors based on 15 sub-weights, 10 key product capabilities, and the comprehensive performance in three aspects of market sales, customer journey, and revenue management. AsiaInfo was selected into the “Leaders” quadrant in this assessment.
This report highly acknowledged AsiaInfo’s strengths in its diversified capabilities such as AI product system and support for various application scenarios.
