On March 29th, the 2023 Enterprise Cloud and Computing Cloud Convergence Industry Conference, co-sponsored by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (abbreviated as CAICT) and the China Communications Standards Association, was held in Beijing. Leaders from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, academicians from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering, local government leaders, and hundreds of industry experts and representatives from leading companies attended the conference. At the meeting, CAICT released the first “Computing Network Brain Computing Network Self-Intelligence Capability” assessment results. “Computing Power Network Suite” product by AsiaInfo, with its excellent computing task analysis capabilities and computing network resource orchestration and scheduling capabilities, became the first batch of products to pass the assessment. AsiaInfo submitted “Research on Off-peak Scheduling of Computing Network Resources” and “Innovative Solutions for Computing Power Grid Trading Model”, and both were rated as “Outstanding Cases of Leading Computing Cloud Services”. In addition, AsiaInfo was also rated as an “Outstanding Organization of the Computing Power Service Matrix in 2022,” and three people were awarded as distinguished experts.

Developing through cloud computing integration and setting benchmarks with reliable evaluations

As the “Cloud Computing Services” high-end summit, the conference aims to promote deep cloud adoption by companies, with a focus on cloud computing, by setting benchmarks for industry development through reliable assessments and outstanding case studies, and promoting technological innovation and application in the industry. AsiaInfo Works with Industrial Partners to Promote Computing Network Research and Practice

In the digital economy era, the demand for computing power is constantly on the rise. AsiaInfo, in collaboration with communication operators and research institutes, has conducted a series of research and practice on areas including computing power encapsulation, scheduling, grid connection, intention perception, computing power trading, and multi-dimensional billing. At this conference, the “Peak-Shifting Scheduling Case Study for Computing Power Network Resources” and “Innovative Scheme for Computing Power Grid Trading” submitted by AsiaInfo , Guizhou Mobile, and China Mobile Research Institute were awarded as “Outstanding Cases of Leading Computing Power Cloud Services”. It shows the important role of the transition of computing power networks from theoretical innovation to practical application.
