On September 17, Anshun City of Guizhou Province held the “Promotion Conference on Implementing Digital Economy Strategy to Seize New Opportunities”. Regarding the smart city, both parties will insist in being people-oriented and demand-oriented, setting the industry as the starting point and taking scenario as the core, in order to integrate existing resources, resolve the pain points, eliminate barriers and “be proficient in” one industry before expanding to other industries. Regarding the data operation, both parties will jointly promote data compliance, governance and application, motivate the government data operation in a desensitized, secure, and credible environment, and cooperate in the pilot development of public data; boost the data operation of the three major communications operators, and carry out pilot applications of operators data; drive industrial data operation, and explore data applications in public security, medical service and other industries. Through digital operation, the value of big data will be deeply explored to serve social governance, economic development and industry transformation.

Promoting industrial digitization to build a new industrial ecology

According to the agreement, the two parties will continue to deepen the integration of big data and the real economy, and accelerate the industrial digitization process in the fields of “smart education, smart transportation, smart manufacturing, smart cultural tourism, smart agriculture, and digital village” in Anshun City. With the help of AsiaInfo’s products, operation, service and integration capabilities, the “1+1+N” model will be adopted to help vertical industries in Anshun to form a good new industrial ecology of big data.
